Core Concepts

Agents

An Agent is a "digital employee" with a specific role, knowledge base, and set of tools. Agents can be configured to be support reps, researchers, or sales assistants.

Knowledge Base

The brain of your agent. It contains all the information the agent needs to answer questions accurately. Supports PDFs, websites, and structured data.

Tools & Actions

Capabilities that allow agents to interact with the outside world. This includes searching the web, checking calendars, querying databases, or calling APIs.
